It seems like it has been forever since I have gotten pdf’s up of our press appearances–well, it has been about four months, but they are finally up! So, in case you missed our magazine, newspaper, or TV appearances, you can head over to the site and check them out there.

Eddie’s Energy Bars
Hello!
It has been beautiful these past few days up here in the Green Mountains of Vermont, but the down pour will start later this week! I made sure to get all my fun in over the weekend–the Waitsfield Farmer’s Market (or craft fair, rather), some design stuff for Eddie’s, and my sunny stroll on Church Street in Burlington with my sister and my friend earlier today.
Anyway, I wanted to bring a program that we will be starting at the Williston Farmer’s Market which starts this Saturday, May 30th from 10-2 pm. We will be launching an Eddie’s Frequent Buyer Card. The picture of the card is below. Here’s the premise: all you need to do is purchase 6 half dozens (or 3 dozen) and you will get your 7th half dozen free! You have the whole summer to complete it, so that should leave you plenty of time!

Later this week, Eddie’s Energy Bars will be sold at the Original General Store in Pittsfield, Vermont. They will be selling our maple walnut, peanut butter chocolate chip, and cinnamon raisin energy bars. We hope you drop by if you’re hanging around Killington!

Eddie’s Energy Bars
Are you biking to work on May 15th? I hope so, because it is National Bike to Work Day. Cities across the nation are participating, and it is sure to be a great event. I don’t really have to go anywhere, but Jeanne and Ed (my two partners in energy bar heaven at Eddie’s) are heading to work. I’ll try and convince them to do it. But, if you’re not biking to work, please be considerate of those trying to make the world a greener place and move aside for them. Hope to see you out on the roads tomorrow on two wheels! Have fun! While you’re at it, pick up some energy bars at these local stores.

Hi Everybody,
Quick post here–I’m in the middle of studying for finals this week, so it’s a crazy time. I wanted to let you know that I will be speaking at the Vermont Business Expo Breakfast on Wednesday, May 20th at 8:00 am. I am part of Laurel Butler’s keynote address on REAL entrepreneurship–promoting active business learning and entrepreneurship in rural communities. My 4-5 minute talk will focus on the importance of teaching entrepreneurship to younger students at every education level.
Feel free to stop by at the breakfast (I’m a big fan of networking and would love to meet you!), or stop by the Vermont REAL booth on Wednesday or Thursday to learn more about the program.
