Congrats to Boves on their admission onto a Food Network show. They wouldn’t let out what show it was, but judging by the video they submitted, I think it’s going to be Throw Down with Bobby Flay. After all, Mark Bove, the owner, challenged Bobby to a throw down for the best meatballs–and no one beats Bove’s meatballs, or Bove’s anything for that matter.
A couple of months ago, I wrote about my last experience at Bove’s, tasting the new Sweetza. It was tasty.
Anyway, congrats again Bove’s. I might drive up to Vermont just to see Bobby Flay, or whomever the Food Network celebrity is.
Oh, and PS: I don’t get the Food Network here at Bryant…ugh!

I am so happy to see this post. I’ve been flying on “cloud 9″ since the Food Network left Burlington.
